There is a risk the price will keep rising! There is a risk they will never be able to board the bus. etc. etc. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Tier 1 capital in Nigeria alone is more than a billion dorras if I'm not mistaken. Watatoboa kweli to go into all those countries in 5 years with their current budget? All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

Nigeria isn't for 2015 but when Equity is larger. It is better of starting with Ghana. And it doesn't have to go in all alone but join up with Helios. Look at I&M Bank which owns 50-75%of its subsidiaries but is in partnership in Tanzania, Mauritius and Rwanda. They have a partner in CIEL from Mauritius which has interests and experience in Tanzania. In Rwanda, 20% of I&M Rwanda (formerly BCR) is owned by Gov't of RW. So Equity can own 51% but also partner with 1) Helios 2) A local bank or existing shareholders 3) A European/American/Chinese 'strategic' investor or fund Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

To Be exact August 2014 and then it was the highest price registered at that moment. We havnt seen that again. I can't be emotional to buy equity above 50 for now,let me keep what I have "Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning."

I was done buying Equity. Bought enough way back when. But with the current trends, I am wondering if I should not get in for some more at one point. It was not part of the plan for 2015 but at times when opportunities present themselves, you grab them with both hands!!! Though I have other plans for 2015, I have just added Equity to the watch list! It goes to 45, I cock my gun. Any lower, finger on the trigger. When to pull the trigger.... Read my signature! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

In terms of market psychology, who knows the moods people in this market are in! But moods should never bother you! Unless you want to take advantage of them!!! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

We are touching price points we haven't seen in months. eg Equity at 46.xy, NIC sub 60.00, BAT at 720, DTB at 230, JUB at 515. Despite better performances from last year. He who has eyes let him see, best case scenario- correction, worst case- Refer to @hisah comments on "Elliot wave ....on the NSe" The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

Creation of shares is dilution, although the shares may not trade for the agreed lock in period , the impact is felt when evaluating the company "Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning."

The minute they are 'used', shareholders will immediately get more assets, a going concern etc. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
