Interesting. Britam Mauritius' subsidiary Bramer Bank is closed by regulators.

and Cytonn was pursuing registration in the quasi tax-haven of Mauritius some times last year... there is more than meets the eye here.

I know shareholders of Equi........ will hear non of that. But neither did the shareholders of BBCL.

And Britam have given a Press statement distancing themselves to Bramer Bank citing that one of Britam's shareholder holding 23.34% stake is related to BAI and not BAI being shareholders of Britam

Of course. This makes a lot of sense!!

Now that Kidero was one of the main Uchumi shareholders, then we can conclude that all Uchumi shareholder (especially the main shareholders) are Kidero - ish!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

When analysing a company on such issues you don't bother with wanjiku, just look at the top dogs; their character and friends.
Don't panic.
In any ponzi there are those who exit early and live happily ever after. Ours is still running but be careful with your timings.
