Please advice.

What wud you go for:
1. A residential plot (50*100) 3km away from Kitengela town along Namanga rd and 5km off the Namanga road. Asking price 275 k.

2. A commercial plot at Kantafu thats along Kangundo road, touching the tarmac (50*100)asking price 250k.

Thanks.

Bwana chege,
Hook me up with the kantafu commercial plot. Is it still available? Does it have a title.
Cheers

I will ditto @rahatupu. It depends on your objectives.

Please tell us what they are. One I've noticed is pricing. Something within your budget.

How long have you been in the real estate market? And have you scouted around, for long to arrive to those two?

Why I ask is because I'd want to know, how you'll have arrived at your decision.

I think the time for them to appreciate has not come yet. Once Kangundo road is re-carpeted and with titles coming out, in less than 4 years from now,all other factors held constant, that's where it shall b happening.

i have heard this rumour since 2009 it was concocted by land brokers wishing to lure buyers to that area.

At kantafu shopping center you can get a 375m2/0.0375ha/~40*100 plot @300-350k.
The main purpose of the stock market is to make fools of as many people as possible.

It's way past Kamulu.

After Kamulu you cross the river (Athi), Joska, Malaa, Mukengesya (KBC) and then Kantafu in that order. It's few Kilometers before Koma Rock (shrine) on your way to Tala from Nairobi.
