What if we give it a chance and see how it goes? Looking at the situation now, the confusion is by drivers who are either surprised by the changes(they were caught unawares) and/or those who are not sure of which lanes to keep when going where...plus that small stupid issue of overlapping... Maybe once people are used and the flow is smooth without stopping it might sort out the jam, albeit in the short term. Maybe even the way the lanes are being done might change as experience teaches us better.

...this is a very big stupid issue.

Wametoa traffic police? Their job should not be to control traffic, but to look out for "overlappers" and other traffic offenders. Watu wafuate sheria za barabara! Driving will be so much fun if we all civilize our driving mentality.

How I pray we could give this plan a chance. It was critisized even before it started.

Today is day 1 and it was definitely going to have a hitch.By afternoon a few lessons will have been learnt and improvements planned.

Tusiwe watu wa kupinga everything and anything.

Its working in some and guys are happy so lets give those that are not working a chance.

It took me 13 minutes to the office today. This normally take 30 to 45 minutes. Roads were clear on Riverside, Westland, Uhuru highway, Arboretum and State House roads. They need to do some construction of a few turns. This will definitely help at the end of the day.

The turn off to mombasa road at nyayo should be opened without hesitation. All vehicles heading to msa road from langata road are going through south c to find their way at pizza inn...oil lbya...The road was not meant for that heavy traffic

Explain what you mean.
I think their is a U-turn hapo nyayo, at the former Bunyala Rounda.
Why do trhey need to go all the way to Pizaa inn?

I know adult literacy leaners understand better with illustrations. You cant do a right turn there. Refer to the map elsewhere. ..

There is a U turn at the Bunyala roundabout. I used it yesterday.

It took me 2 hrs 45 minutes from home to work, it was a nightmare...in the evening it will probably be worse. There should be another right turn between Bunyala Rd and Nyayo Stadium, it doesn't make sense directing all vehicles heading to town, Upper Hill, Langata, karen & Rongai towards the South B fly over.

I can't even begin to imagine how the traffic will be when they decide to close the roads for the President's Motorcade ama Obama akikuja.
