Depends on what the environment is like.

Spend less time in public places.
Avoid crowds and public gatherings
Be quick to detect unusual activity or suspicious persons.
Any one carrying a back pack is a suspect as per now.
Move fast, be quick,stay close to exits.
Keep fit and avoid being overweight
Above all PRAY.

I watched this yesterday and forwaded via what is up to soo many friends. These were same sentiments Sonko had in a diff language,wonder why some ppl got mad at him. That is the truth and nothing but harsh reality.
