Britam secures 100 million Nyayo Stadium branding deal

Is this branding deal viable?
40 million to be spent in painting the stadium Britam colours and 60 mn on refurbishment and paying the facility’s management for the rights.

What is the return on investment i such deals?
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

Advertisement....To a larger local & international population,whenever you pass by,use or watch Nyayo on TV including the events and holidays. How much do they use to advertise kwa media?

This is Britam getting in unchattered waters. Their Stadium deal is poorly structured and bound to return little value. Watch this space. The greatest value in such a sponsorship lies in the naming rights. Kshs can buy you at least 90 billboards in Nairobi for a year. Surely 10 billboards inbound from JKIA and another 5-7 billboards outbound are better value. These will cost you max 30 million per year.

Publicity, hoping every media station would discuss it just like when safaricom was discussed after doing the same in Kasarani
