I don't like how Citizen assumes news is Kenyan politics. You can't know what is happening outside Kenya even in EAC with their Kenya politics centred news

Not a unique problem to citizen, they're all the same. I have to tune in to CCTV and BBC Focus on Africa just to know what's happening around Africa, daily.

Local tv is for local news. Why should they give space for other countries while others dont give space for us unless its negatives.
Am only concerned that most of their news headline content is filled with murders killings rape which can be a bit sressful. The positive news is mostly relegated to the end of most news casts.
Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...

That's my beef with them too...eti

There's nothing like Kenyan media. When they were off, Kenya was a very happy place.

How can they have stories about sleeping in a brothel, murders, suicides running on their shows but can't even spend time to heal the country from terrorists.

I remember during the 9/11 period, the media took their time and we even had a whole 1 hour of the citizens who were killed by the godammed terrorists.

1 hour plus on every station of the pictures and memories of those who passed. It united the country to a man.

Hapa Kenya these stupid journalists would rather take my 10k so that I can appear on TV even though I'm running a pyramid schemes like VIPortal.

Tell them Atalaku to go f*** themselves. We wish the gov't can just shut them down.

Whats up with the KTN studio, how come Okwara is always out of breadth when she's reading the news?

Quality of their youtube videos still poor.

Whenever there's nothing major going on is when you see how each station selects stories.

None of them seem to be keen on upgrading their cameras after digital switch. They all still have that smoky look of 1990s music videos. Let me not even start talking about those clipart animations. Watapitwa na wakati very soon

They used to bring intl news after Kenya news. Now we spend too much time listening to 'experts'

I have an issue with those stations as they keep bringing analysts to the studio(rape, security, sociologist, teacher, economist and even parliamentarians depending on the issue at hand), we end up listening to opinions from other countrymen instead of then just passing the information and let us build an image in our heads.

I completely agree...many of them are just Kenyan citizens with unqualified opinions....
