Guys there was this offer over the weekend on topping up and getting 50% of the loaded airtime free.So being a kenyan in its literal sense I bought some 5000 scratch cards of shs 500 denomination to take advantage of the offer. To my surprise after loading I almost thought that the offer had lapsed. On enquiring why I had not received the offer it was explained that being on the 7 day unlimited internet access one does not qualify for the 50% bonus. The last time I checked, among them was that u must be on prepay and that among the non qualifiers are sambaza and mpesa top ups and the like. But there was no mention of the unlimited internet offer.Forgive me for crying out loud but feel aggrieved.

I have this feeling that next time a similar offer is floated, I will buy a new line just to be sure that there are no hidden conditions as happened then transfer that to my phone via sambaza. At least the 'new' line will count as an extra customer d'oh! d'oh! d'oh! mainly act as a safeguard against such discriminatory practices on their subjects.

@blackthought.Then I will just use the old line and go one step further by having a test voucher to find if it goes through.Besides its highly unlikely that safcon will want to discourage new clients from participating in their promos.

There will always be a loose end in all offers. The only thing is to think through it and crack it open.Washindwe!!!!!!

@Kangi, I feel you but honestly you can't enjoy two offers at the same time. Enyewe that would be unfair.
