And I told a certain Wazuan to alight the electric train (that was not a bus!) after he had made many times over (probably 1,000%) and he refused. They is currently a 'search and rescue' operation in Parklands and Westlands!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

To give credit where it is due, their PBT is up 52% from 966K to 1.4M. The accumulated losses of 80M are a killer though. It will take 80 years or thereabout to write down that loss.

Borrowings of 56M are also mind boggling.
