Haven't dealt with them but have visited their offices/show houses..

I would be confident, but a tip: Be keen on the sqm details.

Sometimes good price will always give up some sqm..if you know what I mean. eh. So keep a eye on that.

And also, the number of houses they pack in one apt block or project. Not that it's a bad thing, but just have those in mind.

I must say, their higher end projects look lovely. Quality/Design etc..
