Untaken rights = available for additional allocation = 18,402,203 shares ONLY
Application for Additional Shares = 202,130,100 = 11 times over smile

What material effect in the untaken rights does this portray.
Did Britam increase its shareholding by subscribing for more than the allocated shares

Probably. The question is did Britam get an exemption from the CS Finance? Well, even if they did not, they can get one backdated. Political connections go straight to the top.
