Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

For those with a lot, more will be added.

According to their memorandum, there will be two levels of pro rata basis.

1) Allocation depending on number of shares HELD.

2) (If any shares remain from 1) Allocation depending on number of shares APPLIED for.

I would have preferred 2 above because I applied for a truck load. Way more than I was entitled to.

(1) is fair if we are to be honest though. It rewards existing share holders with truck loads of shares. It is easier for them to add more than for a shareholder with less.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
