@jamplu , Did you ever find out about this piece of land.
I've spent sometime in the area and rumors have it that it's owned by NSSF, and I have also heard of Family Bank.
On the far end of Chady , you will see now Lifestyle Terraces Apartments is Up.
With the recent rains, part of the perimeter wall fell, and one can see the whole plot, when you drive along Chady Rd.
It's not as big as it seems, but very sizeable for a proper Housing Project.
Life is joy, death is peace, but the transition is very difficult.
