Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

That said this is the easiest case to solve since all they need to do is to swab the airport and see if there is any foreign DNA. Then they find out if that DNA matches with the rapist's DNA.

Which MPig - current or former - or public official do you know who is in jail for the many evils including corruption, murder etc. they commit every day. Get buggers in jail, auction everything they own to recover lost monies etc., repossess grabbed land and bring down anything built their in, hung murderers, extradite drug dealers wanted abroad etc. Make sure is explicitly aware that there is no one above the law and the country will change in under 12 months. And only one person can do this. Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta. I hope he is not waiting for his second term (or never) to do this given the attendant political risk! Never count on making a good sale.
