I am buying more KQ using proceeds from the KCB sale. It may look like insanity right now, but kindly lets compare notes in a few month's time

This stock reminds me that mumias was at one time trading at 10 bob and speculators expected it to rebound.

the only difference with mumias is that it has not reached a bailout stage.or may be they are there but trying to sort it quietly

and the similarity could be that nobody exactly knew the extent of rot in mumias but after the 12B hy loss the signs are there. GoK should engage KPMG inter alia early enough. Though Gunze seems to be taking steps in the right direction.

@ike.. That stockholding composition at KQ should make you know that embezzlement at the airline is not as easy in comparison to mumias where team mafisi is well represented

Of note is that most of the planes being mentioned here, i.e 777 & 767 are those that were to be retired? They came in like in 2010/11. So what's the trick @maka? Fafanulia sisi tafasali.

I am going in now, this is lower than the IPO price of KShs 11.25 per share where a total of 235 million shares were offered in April 1996. Hii market kweli sio ya mama ya mtu.

Does Kenya Airways still own 49 per cent of Tanzania's Precision Air?
