Yes it is ideal for the likes of @kularaha who recently has been showing tendencies of being attracted to the aged. very soon he will be telling us to go to retirement homes to look for love.

This is what in business is called a sh!tty deal!!

I buy the house you have been living in I give you my hard earned money, you continue living there rent free, spending more time in the house than I do, we realize there is no love between us, we divorce and you keep the house!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
