No, the donor is dead but it would be a great tragedy when in the heat of the moment the recipients girlfriend started shouting the donor's name.

The thing works but the guy has no sensation in it. I can't imagine how traumatic that is. He can't feel it! What's the point if you can't feel it?

The points.

1.Ego boost.

2. He will make his wife happy. The wife can in return find alternative ways of satisfying him and they are many.

3.No quick ejaculations. -can he ejaculate and sire children?

4. He cannot be sumbua 24/7.

I would be very scared though as a wife or gf.
damn thoughts.!

Give it a shot. It might be the biggest breakthrough in Kenya.

Ai yawa! how can it work if he has no sensation in it? I guess it works just fine, just like a heart or kidney that has been transplanted. smile

It is the most difficult thing in transplant surgery....... you can connect blood vessels so blood flows to it and that is all you need for it to work...... in even more complex surgeries like hand you can connect motor nerves so that you get movement lakini sensory innervation ni ngumu sana... that is why they talk about the success of the man accepting it as his own. You can see this thing attached to you, it works just fine but you touch it, you insert it, you see the happiness of the woman, you come, you feel the relief and kidogo happiness of ejaculation lakini you feel nothing on the thing itself.

Some of these cases are so sad that you wonder if they are done for the benefit of the patient or to feed the egos of the doctors.

This is a long article but if you got the time read this story of a face transplant patient. You will thank God every day that you are never in need of a doctor.
