If you are an industry regulator, on such things, you comment on the industry. NOT specific companies!!! The companies will give the specifics when releasing their results!!!
I have never heard Central Bank releasing partial results of specific banks. They simply say "Banks made 20% more last year. Whether each of made 20% more or half of the banks made 20% less and the other half made 40% more, you wait for the specific banks to tell you!!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
