YEARLY Transaction Fees from Client: XXXXX For the Period 01-04-2015 to 31-12-2015 900.00
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

To have your query addressed, do them an email and copy to Capital Markets Authority (CMA). That ought to wake up someone up there.

If a good number of us do so, you can bet they issue will be addressed ASAP.

I just sent mine. Hope a number of you will do the same. They should have at least informed the clients in advance.

Tumeni hizo emails. By tomorrow we will have an answer.

They also never bothered to inform me! And why deduct for a whole year in advance? And without consulting or even simply informing!!!
