Some people will be shot 15 times!!! Land issue is not a joke. This Kajiado politicians should come slowly! One cannot buy land and then you start payukaing that the deal is null and void for political mileage or whatever reason and there was a willing buyer and willing seller! Will they compensate the buyers? Buying price, opportunity cost, finance cost, time etc.? This will not end well. Another cancer brought by devolution!!! I told you so! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Na Kajiado iko Kenya. Kenyans have the right to buy land and settle anywhere in Kenya. Nobody will be shot?? Ask the fellow who was shot 15 times along Forest Road last week. Oops. You can't do that. Unless its Kitengela trend carefully with Kajiado. See they won't even allow Maina Mungiki to bury his people on "his" farm? The rest of it will be another Eld in a few years time. Lekamu-come to Lamauria and Kieni, we'll sell you an acre for 100k Sehemu ndio nyumba

Its not all land in Kajiado that has been X-marked for nullification, your agent should better be knowing areas that have disputes, other than that, the real deals are getting better by the day. The land problem in kajiado emanated from within, A guy with huge chunks of land passes on, the children are not of age yet, relatives take over and sell off the land, when the kids come of age they demand the land back. basically that is it. the warmer the blankets, the colder the future
