To know for sure where the soul resides, they can pick perfectly healthy individuals (WHO ARE TOTAL STRANGERS), exchange the heads. And when they wake up, each is asked separately, who they think they are? Their names etc

suppose that you do a transplant of a 90 year old head on a 20year old body. Assuming memory and brains are not interfered with, the 90 year old would technically live over 150 years. like doing a transplant of Steve jobs would have ensured we retained the brains on a healthy body,.......imagining things

@tycho , if the soul is "in the experience and relations." Do identical twins share one soul? Case in point are some two form four twins from Ziwa Uasin Gishu , Kenya. They seem to think, act and feel the same, too many coincidences, even class 8 and form 4 marks are identical, could this be separation by birth I AM trust in GOD, I AM belief in THYSELF

But your question goes deeper because it takes us back into the womb, and questions regarding how the developing child gets all this information that he/she's born with. In the case of these twins, monozygotic twins, I suppose, we can infer that they were impinged with homogeneous conditions and information before birth, and more or less homogenous conditions after birth hence the convergence in behavior. Birth didn't seperate them. They haven't been seperated. Each is on his own.

Or the head will just die at 100 yrs, it may not hold any longer! the head becomes a CPU, with neck down being for output (monitor) like walking, doing stuff with hands, digestion...etc. If it becomes successful, some rich guys will form kidnapping squads. They get stomach cancer or whatever, they kidnap some guy and they do a head transplant. With memory and everything else in the head intact, they pretty much function as before. Think of people who get replacement artificial appendages like that south african Pistorious guy
