Rank: Elder Joined: 2/26/2008 Posts: 4,449		Paul Kariuki Ngugi, a man charged with fraud and conning a land buyer of Sh100 million was shot 13 times by gunmen along Limuru road on Thursday morning.Nothing was stolen from Ngugi's car in which police found copies of title deeds and other land transaction documents.Ngugi was charged at a Nairobi court in 2014 with conning Joseph Muthama Macharia of the money by pretending he was capable of selling a plot he did not own.
