Hey,

Does anyone know about this project in Syokimau? They have a mixed 2-bed and 3-bed unit development.

Being done by same developers who did Lifestyle Gardens. Both use the GatewayMall/Naivas Entrance..for access.

If you have dealt with this developer before, I Would be very keen to get some comments, especially on the quality of work done in the "Lifestyle Gardens Project" - which is now fully sold I believe.

Planning to do a site visit (for both Lifestyle Gardens and Terraces) on Saturday morning.

Summary:
2-Bed: 4.8M (77sqm).
3-Bed: 6.3M (110sqm).

Had a chance to visit. Lots of work going on and site is quite busy/disorganized right now.

According to the manager on ground - show house to be ready within one month. Found them starting to plan for fittings..

I will try and post some pics here... (not sure I remember how, but will figure)..

Also visited Lifetyle Gardens which is complete, and was impressed. above average, i think.
