Posted more than 14 days ago. I decided to give @obiero extra time. And have the routes been re-started? Was there an announcement? d'oh! d'oh! d'oh!

Hehe.. WHO have pressured for the statement but Ministry of Health officials do not want to accept that there is almost total remission of Ebola in Guinea, Seirra Leone et al..
Lakini, they ASSURED you of the return of the dropped routes... d'oh! d'oh! d'oh!

Good luck. Get in line with everyone else! Very unfair treatment by GoK and KRA.

Return of dropped routes to West Africa might take longer as Ebola makes a comeback http://www.nytimes.com/2...omeback-by-sea.html?_r=0

I think this chap (Thome) gets free flights/goodies from airlines especially KQ. He is always so positive even when the airlines are crashing.

Perhaps KQ will make a Operations Profit in 2H 2014-15. The pay reduction is a good sign. Nevertheless, this doesn't mean I recommend KQ shares.

No profit in h2, but a massive rebound in h1 2015

I also expect good performance of KQ, with the pay reduction, acquisition of fuel efficient new dreamliners, decline in fuel prices -as results from elsewhere show http://articles.economic...ne-fuel-aviation-sector

The British Airways (BA) owner International Airlines Group (IAG) has also reported a big jump in annual profit and raised its forecast for 2015.
IAG reported pre-tax profits of €828m (£601m) for the year to 31 December.
Profits were boosted by the use of new fuel efficient aircraft and what it called a "remarkable" turnaround at Spanish airline Iberia.
IAG's operating profits nearly doubled to just more than €1bn. It also raised its 2015 forecast by 20%.
