Therefore; 0.0625 acres = 1/2 of 1/8 = 27 feet X 53 feet (or thereabouts)
Subject property (based on the copy of title above)= 0.0213 Ha = 0.0526 acres (measures smaller than 1/16th as shown above)
Summary: in short am trying to say that if the subject property has the Title shown above, then the plot measures smaller than 40 feet X 60 feet. How such titles were issued should be a concern!! Hesabu haindagi hivio, if you take a rectangle and divide each side by 2 the you'll effectivly end with 4 equal parts. Your conclusion Therefore; 0.0625 acres = 1/2 of 1/8 = 27 feet X 53 feet (or thereabouts) is faulty, you only needed to divide one side by 2. True. 50 by 100 is taken to be half of 100 by 100. Paperchaser, too bad they dont teach all these at ADD But even to a layman, imagine you had a paper measuring 100x100cm. Divide it into 2 equal sheets, what are the new dimensions? I still get a 100x100 triangle @Pesa Nane, you seem like you would fit very well with this crowd: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=BKorP55Aqvg
