Now in this tweaking, they scrap one of the most popular bundles which was 1.5GB for 1,000/= ... To obtain the same 1.5GB: - you now have to purchase twice for 1,150 - or you have to upgrade to 5GB for 2,000 Denial is a poor business strategy. They should have good results for the next year or so, but in time...

I stand corrected @shobiz, misled by that Techbandia I've read the Safaricom site update http://www.safaricom.co.ke/pers...rnet/internet-data-plans The only issue becomes bundle validity, previously 90 days. What is that now, 30 days?

Anyway, i'm on Zuku fibre where there are no such strict terms. Bundles just for the occasion when i am away. Quote: What happens if the validity period of my data bundle expires? It will be possible to sambaza internet but only to a maximum of 10MB per transaction and limited to two transactions (20MB) in a day. (All other rules for Internet sambaza will remain in place)
