Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.

What would be the composition of other income?

Unga have actually indicated their 2013-2014 Restated EPS as 1.96.
I wonder if this is the correct figure or their calculators have a keypad problem like last time.Shame on you Liar Liar

Perhaps a one-off from sale of Bullpak. Just a guess.

Concentrate on Revenue growth and Profits from Operations. The one-off from Bullpak is irrelevant going forward. The exchange loss worries me but if Unga can pass on the costs then it is OK.

The purchase of Ennsvalley in 2015 will mean a huge cash outlay and possibility of a Loan Facility. Ennsvalley is profitable according to the IM about the acquisition.

The gains from lower maize prices and new wheat mill will help boost margins.

Some decent sized trades in Unga - which has relatively few trades as 72% of the shares are held by the top 20 shareholders.

Rains = more maize = lower prices for maize flour = more sales volumes

As is, millers are holding the line on prices as electricity prices rise, inflation is up and KES is weak.

Overall, I expect Unga to have record profits in 2014-15 [year ending 30 June] as the wheat mill is running at capacity [CEO at the AGM] while the maize division is doing better. Unga Group also acquired the rest of Unga Uganda which has some valuable property.

True but Nairobi isn't Kenya. We hardly grow anything in Nairobi.

Unga bought (or paid for) Ennsvalley in 2015 so it is hard to say.
