The exchange loss worries me but if Unga can pass on the costs then it is OK. The purchase of Ennsvalley in 2015 will mean a huge cash outlay and possibility of a Loan Facility. Ennsvalley is profitable according to the IM about the acquisition. The gains from lower maize prices and new wheat mill will help boost margins. Greedy when others are fearful. Rains = more maize = lower prices for maize flour = more sales volumes http://www.businessdaily...-/14duyf2z/-/index.html As is, millers are holding the line on prices as electricity prices rise, inflation is up and KES is weak. Overall, I expect Unga to have record profits in 2014-15 [year ending 30 June] as the wheat mill is running at capacity [CEO at the AGM] while the maize division is doing better. Unga Group also acquired the rest of Unga Uganda which has some valuable property. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - *to paraphrase Warren Buffett*
