I have this in my note book, I would like to see if their is any change kk top shareholders wells petroleum holding 24% petroholdings 17.4% Highfield 12.46% Chery holdings 7.9% energy resources Africa 6% total 68% Going by @kaushas word; the two had 14% that is about 200m shares which explains the ever present supply....another question is who was buying in to top shareholding? are the the above 5 entities related in any other way apart from kk? Everybody STEALS, a THIEF is one who's CAUGHT stealing something of LITTLE VALUE. !!!

Energy shares gain as falling oil price lifts consumption - http://www.businessdaily...8/-/15tn6y7/-/index.htmlYour income is directly related to your philosophy, Not the economy.-Jim Rohn

Perhaps 2015 will be better if oil prices remain low(er) than 2014. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

One advantage of Segman over Ohana was giving hope and information. Ohana is a quiet Rat that bites and blows, but he is biting a large chunk and we are feeling pain. Apart from the HY results he went hidding or hunting, will he come with meat?

...and what would happen if Sinopec Group partnered with KK? There would be a giant in the room with bags of money that would lead to Total and Vivo energy start trembling. China companies are yet to enter Africa with a bang and anything that is happening is through smaller affiliates like China road and bridges, etc. With time big Mamas may arrive.

Sinopec deals in both as Puma could have done (Upstream and downstream) Some of these Chinese companies are in Africa and may try to influence African markets both sides than export their raw materials for re-imports. China is in Agola, sudan, owns some blocks in Kenya and others.

Partnering means KK would have to source from Sinopec only (not allowed because of OTS), so Sinopec would gain on the distribution network and we lose out. Bad deal if you asked me. Meanwhile JKUAT to acquire ICEA building for Sh2 billion http://bit.ly/1BsA2Js means eviction for KK.......

Infact KK is not fit to be in the downtown where Universities are taking up buildings...aka City of Universities" KK is headed where others have moved to Upperhill or Westlands. That is also positive, but it would take over two years to give a vacate notice and also depends on the existing contract with the leasees. Today the Universities are buying towers, tommorow they will be selling them in hurry.
