@ecstacy, it is good you have put some points there. However the question is, will condoms sort out these problems.

According to what you have highlighted, i pick 3 problems that need direct attention; education, poverty and society moral issues. I dont think condoms will sort out this.

Interventions are not solutions..they mitigate escalation of root problem outcomes as the other actors fix/control the root causes..
