Land at bulls eye Kajiado

Hello Wazuans,

New Member alert!

Been reading a number of posts and they are very insightful.

I am being sold for an acre at 550K its the left junction at bulls eye hotel 2kms to 3kms from the tarmac. from the mutation maps many guys have bought around the area. Currently guys who have bought land are clearing their lands. Electricity is being connected to a romoured flower farm coming up I was taken upto the area and a tractor is clearing the area plus some caretakers confirmed as they stay on the ground and plant a few greens for their daily use.

Anyone here ever bought land in Bisil or area around bulls eye or Kumpa .Wanted to know how the area is when it rains.

3Km off Highway at Bisil?

It's a rip off for me.

Do not believe that Broker too Much. Bypasses, Schools, Mosques, Airports, roads, Toilets and all sort of developments will always pass/be built next to the land that they are selling you. Never forget that!!

Good you're doing your due diligence.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

It might not be that much of a rip off... I know of a 10 acre parcel 5km from Bulls Eye going for 450k an acre. I was there recently and signs are there that electricity is being set up (some power poles already on site a few metres away). Funny thing the seller (an honest broker I have dealt with in the past) also told us about a flower farm coming up in the neighbourhood.

And yes, many people have recently bought land in that area, that said 10 acre piece is in the middle of several 'outsider' owned pieces. A friend is in the process of buying one nearby @ 420k an acre.

As for the rains, I noted that the soil in the area is rather sandy. Good for quick drainage, not too good for agriculture.

@Am true that Due diligence is a must and brokers are there to cash in on the sellers commission but again its good to ask the locals around

@WanjiruM seems it is the same area..about your friend how much acres are they selling as a minimum?or its the ten as a whole?thanks for the info
