That is true but in this case, the cyclist is on the wrong side. This is not a cyclist lane. It's clearly a road/lanes headed the opposite direction.

This is a full blooded Kenyan!!!

Very good observation, I have also noticed trucks as big as whats on this pic carry a miserable 3 rolls. They must be damn heavy.
