I think there is something very wrong with the pricing in this market.
Kempinski have priced their presidential suite at KSHS 2.4M while the Atlantis the palm in Dubai is at DH120000 making it competitive to Kempisnki.
However my question is can you actually compare the two? Kempinski has zero views (this is what people pay for in high end properties) and at 2100 sq meteres spanning two storey's not mentioning the 550 sq metres of outdoor space then surely something is wrong seriously wrong with the Kempinski model.
