Messi guilty of doping.

So Messi won the bull fighting (tauromanchy) competition. He beat Maspana and Simba thoroughly to emerge the champion. This traditional practise amongst the Idakho and Isukha sub-tribes highlight the culture of these communities and always a thing to look forward.
...But Messi's win will be highly contested. The owner was heard this morning on BBC bragging that he had fed Messi on several rolls of bhang so that he could get mad and win the competition. Several questions
1. where did the owner of Messi get the bhang from?
2. Did the police manning the event know that Messi was high on something?
3. Were the other bulls high on something to create a level playing field?
4. If not will Messi be stripped of the medal?
5. Therefore is Messi and Jeptoo both guilty of Doping?
The Ministry of Sports and Culture (is there such a ministry?) need to make a clarification on this and say if it has given bulls a go ahead to smoke marijuana during bull fighting comeptitions.
