The Ground Breaking ceremony of the second real estate development by SIC christened Ruaka Ridge Apartments is on Saturday 7th February in RUAKA @1030hrs.

SIC is growing in leaps and bounds. Time for those watching from the sidelines to join and make money.

Does this mean that you have changed your opinion about SIC 'stinking'?

Wapi @accelriskconsult for his opinion too?

Very well, housing project 2 is welcome. Adding value on land and selling at a premium is better than just retailing vacant land. When is the AGM we get feedback of project 1?

Last year's AGM was held on 27th Feb. The Sacco's AGM is to be held on 21st Feb 2015. I guess SIC AGM will come in the week after the Sacco's.

The new share price is Ksh350
rebates declared at 25%, out of which 65% was capitalized at Ksh280 and 35% willbe paid out.

The shares register will not be open forever. Once we get to 1.5bn the share will be closed and it is expected by dec 2016. Currently we are at 800mn.

registration fee is 10k not 6k.
for an individual to join s(he) requires 115k. 10k payable instantly and 300shares X 350 =105k payable in 3 months.
the figure is slightly higher for groups. x

Thanks @BGL. This is yet another great vehicle to multiply money and build wealth. 25% rebates and capital gain of KES 70 per share not bad! I have been reinvesting 100% of my rebates and the growth is terrific!
