Refund cheques already out...got mine delivered as early as last Saturday (20th)...EFTs being processed as well...

Got disappointed with the allotment though...anyway HFCK, here comes...

Since 2015 seems like the season of rights, don't kengen seem much better since getting a refund will be almost impossible with the super sized cash call

Refund is not the issue, whether it's a value investment is.

HFCK rights will cause minimum dilution unlike Kengen (planning to quadruple shares, much easier to get in at even lower price than rights issue price at the opportune moment) and price discounting will be much higher for HFCK. In addition to this, no freebies (additional share allotments) as they plan to sell any untaken rights by way of Private Equity ...you can only guess to who (their largest shareholder that's Britam!)

I may be wrong, then again...

Pray smile d'oh! Liar

WTF? d'oh! d'oh! d'oh! Shame on you Shame on you Shame on you that's just being shady. If they want to take over HFCK, make a bid for the firm. And since they play together, CMA will approve.

Chairman of Britam? Father
CEO of CMA? Son

Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

Karibu @Chief Mweke (The Wazua Spirit)

@VVS Britam has it all figured out until one Acorn decides not to exactly play ball. A HFCK + Acorn majority stake holding would make their Real Estate play worth it...they'll slowly edge up their stake in the former...

I'll make a comeback in this counter when it nosedives as it historically does.
