@Mlennyma,yeah the rights issue was cancelled for a successful bond in September/October last year.Gitogo therefore has the cash ready..he should make things happen!

The rights issue they mentioned could not be held last year since the majority shareholders who are the SACCOs were not ready.
The plan was to do both aka NIC bank style to raise ksh.5bn++.
Money allocated from the rights issue for the real estate is not be enough and may just cover fencing the 200 acres plot and part of the 512 acres.
To start off the infrastructure works requires money and this is where the rights issue comes in.
Wealth is built through a relatively simple equation
Wealth=Income + Investments - Lifestyle

I guess you mean from the the Bond? That is why we are headed for rights once the new CEO/MD settles.
