Seen this doing the rounds. Lavington Green Barclays bank ATM COMPROMISED, if you've used it in the last 2 weeks or so check your BANK ACCOUNTS ASAP - about 7 hours ago

Is this a hoax? Does an ATM even store customer information!d'oh!

Maybe what they mean is that the ATM may have had some hardware installed that collects your card info, and the collectors go and do transactions with your card... I wonder though..
Form is temporary, class is permanent

Okay checked up abit more and think this story must be fake. Unless @anasazi said there was a foreign device installed inside ATM which is highly improbable - an ATM is a safe.

And just for good measure, here's a story of a case involving Barclays UK and how it's actually done.

I thought that that ATM was closed ages ago. It was at the shell petrol station
