I am looking for a 1/4 acre plot to buy on Kays Estate controlled development on Kenyatta road off ThiKa superhighway, any advise/price range?

Kays sells for about 5m for 1/4 acre. No contacts though. There is also mangu investments selling about 5kms same road at about 1m for 1/8th though not developed.

currently buying the mangu invst. Will update on the experience after.

Did a valuation for some guy last year at Kays Estate around November 2014, valued it at 5.5 million. Its a good place, actually so cool. I personally liked the area, except for the few issues that these politicians subject us to every election time about being around ''your peopl''

Just ensure that you do the search twice, by two different people, that is.
