KenolKobil rallied +3.804% to close at 9.55 and traded heavy volume of
5.964m shares worth 57.201m. KenolKobil has surged +9.77% in 2015.
Total Kenya closed unchanged at 26.50 on light volume. Total Kenya is
+10.41% in 2015.
Both Rallies are informed by the view that the @ERC_Kenya has been
slow to transmit the Fall in the price of Fuel and therefore, the
Operators might well have made some ''supernormal'' returns.

there is no price control in other 9 countries, and other products like cooking gas/lubricants are not price controlled, this company must deliver

Such large volumes have been common with this stock. Last week it was 2M shares at the day's highest price. Anyway only time will tell.

The journey has just started today .Kindly get a ticket to board.Good results, strategic partner, oil prices have come down,no controls in the other 9 countries.I understand they are performing very well in Rwanda and Burundi where we do not have controls.

good results to me is anything from 1.8b pbt. With 1.47b issued shares and a Q1 result of 795m plus sale of some assets /cost cuts,a dividend of atleast .40cts is possible

Much as results could be good, i doubt they'll up the dvdnd from 0.10 to 0.40/0.60...up 300%/500% respectively. Maybe a max of 0.30 and a bonus.

A bonus can be good to heal the previous .10cts dividend wound, but the front line demand bid is not convincing me at all.
