You could buy a plot in Ongata Rongai at 2m per 1/8 acre. This is a plot approx. 500m from the main road. Entry next to Caltex. The place has wide roads and the roads are cleary marked. It is one of the best places in Rongai especially due to the way residents have kept it clean.
Pay a visit. It is worth the money.

there are may property managers and agents that the market is cluttered. one needs to be patient and research well. some websites allow managers to place unlimited adverts for free so they get more posts click on this link to find more listed properties

I have 7 plots 1/8acres each at Tuala rongai, 500m from the Coop Sacco 100acre project. They all have titles. each is going for 600k. contact me for viewing and any other queries.
