process/requirements for starting a brokerage firm

Now that there are news of short selling day trading,I would like to position myself for the big trades expected.I am seeking the wisdom of wazuans on how to start a brokerage firm in Kenya.I want to know such things as initial capital outlay,any professionalism license required,and of course the regulations pertaining the same.Thank you very much in advance for your generous contributions!
