Morning fellow investors, on Saturday I visited this company selling Land in kajiado, Their plots are going for 60k & 80k per 1/8 in esonorua and oletepesi respectively and you are given 2 yrs to complete your payments. is this another way of stealing or is there anyone who knows more about it?

Hello "hello"! 60,000 for two years? Those figures are too low unless the target group is special. Are there other plots being sold in the vicinity and at how much? The opposite of courage is not cowardice, it's conformity.

Spot on!! best avoid lands in Kajiado and Narok counties lest someone claims historical injustice against, cases of land fraud was prevalent in previous land boards

Let no one lie to you to buy land in Oltepesi, however much Nairobi will go, no one would live about 60 kilometers in a bushy and arid area so remote occupied by very stubborn, illiterate, fierce looking, ready to attack maasai people. The Maasai sub group around that area, upto Tinga are very wild and very unwelcoming, so with speculation, am sure that isnt a sweet deal as well

Things change. Places grow. The Maasai eventually sell everything and leave. Rongai and Kiserian were once just the same as Ol Tepesi is now. Let's talk in another 5 years. That said, though, I'd be very careful buying land from just any company...I'd do my due diligence before handing over my hard-earned 60k. What do you get for the 60k? A title? A title? i know someone who took a loan in equity bank 5 years ago and bought 100 acres 2km from Oletepes at 15k per acre. last year he sold 50 acres at 500k each to a sacco. i bought 10 acres at 70k in early 2013 about 7km. sold 5 at 250 per acre last eyar. si it just depends on what is your goal. for me it is a good place to speculate due to relatively low prices as compared to other areas around nrb.
