Men, even if you don't live with their mother, at the VERY LEAST you should pay fees for your kids, buy them clothes and provide them with medical care. Minimum!!! Some men don't like providing food and shelter because they feel like they are helping the estranged wife or girlfriend too much. Hopefully in such scenarios the lady can provide the two. But if you starve your kids in order to starve your estranged wife/girlfriend, iko shida.
But maneno ingine you can't understand as an outsider. Especially if the wife cheats, very few men would still pay rent for a house she's living in and buy food she'll end up eating. But there is always boarding school!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
