On what basis will the teachers be evaluated on? my take on the issue is that is simple, the teachers would be assessed on the kids progress via continuous assessment tests, sports and other extra curricular activities - there will be set benchmarks that a class has to attain. lakini tell a kenyan teacher that they will need to work, and sossion will come blazing - all they want is to drill kids for a single exam at the end of 8 or 4 years.
