Does Wazua allow for venting?

It is my stockbroker, CFC! One week after I wired funds, and having emailed them proof of transfer, nothing doing! I wrote them a complaint in capital letters, and within 5 mins i got a reply asking me to email proof of payment ??!?!?!?!?

At the same time, I had rela deposit some funds for me,a week ago, which they did quoting my CDS no, guess what? A week later, nothing doing, no funds. Their answer is that they need a deposit slip. Now, pls help me out here, is there a fax that can deposit a deposit slip right into someone's mouth? I need one!

Used to be my broker.they used to be good.they used to call to confirm my postal address before sending my checque..nowadays i dont know.though my current broker has branches all over kenya with timely cash transfers.though each house has its own down side.

I meant that for most folks the 'issues' started after CFC -> CFC Stanbic

I feel you on that @Richvee. Forgive me for repeating my story here for 1000th time but i experienced that delay in uploading funds from the bank(CFC Stanbic) to my trading accounts @CFCFS. It started taking more time sometimes up to a week and my breaking point was when i missed KQ @ ksh 21 because of those delays. There were delays too on emails too of up to 3 days before processing sale/buy orders. No amount of persuasion could stop me from leaving. Now i am with Sterling investment bank and everything is smooth sailing.
It's amazing what you can achieve when you get rid of fear.

I truly like cfc, and I have pigiad debe for them like crazy but, with these problems they have been causing lately my head is ringing STERLING. If its a temporary problem they should alert investors and we will calm down.
Please I need details on sterling: are they trading online, are they fast, what documents do they require, how are their services etc. Location I'll google. just incase I decide to move....
