Good people of wazua. I am looking for information on where to find people who are enthusiasts of Swahili. I happen to be a lover of the language,its literature, culture,history, food,arts & crafts. Just about everything Swahili

@redondo take heart. I always scored well in Kiswahili exams but admit I took it for granted till I started forgetting the language. And the corruption in sheng... (wacha tuu)

I'd love to join the club. My only recourse is to attack all 'Bongo Flava' tunes with a Kamusi as I decipher the meaning. The Tanzania guys speak it with such poetry....

Have you listened to words of Nyota Yako (TID), that jail-bird is gifted. Utaskia utapenda...

@ muganda. you have put a smile on my face. the beauty of kiswahili is speaking it fluently "yani kiswahili sanifu". swahili is also rich in metaphors, sayings and imagery.
