So, who's acquiring who here? There's never a 50/50 merger and I can't see CBA being acquired by NIC.

BD is a credible source? That's a new one.
If it comes through my guess is that NIC will be delisted, can't see CBA listing.

those were just rumours to push the price up, credible sources (from NIC bank) say their is nothing like that.
