I kid you not but houses in USA are cheaper than Kenya now...

Ati, in Detroit you can buy a house for $20k. You can't even get a flat in Buruburu for that much!!!

A pal of mine is also selling a prime plot in kiambu-mugumo area near Marion schools(its on kiambu-ruiru bypass just after kirigiti ground if you're familiar with the area).
