Should the standard width of an access road in a rural area be 9 meters? Anybody!

I can see someone has eaten into your hard earned shamba in the name of reclaiming the road. Thought the standard is 6 meters.

Yeah. Within a subdivided plot is 6 metres, hizo za nje 9 metres.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Think of the other services too other than the road pavement only. The storm drain, the electricity supply system, water network, sewer system, fibre optic cabling, telephony services etc.

Sasa weweeee... sewer ni ya nini ukambani na hakuna chakula...hata there are just a few visitors to mutuas toilets according to the records....lol... yhanks for the info...
