Width of a road!

Should the standard width of an access road in a rural area be 9 meters? Anybody!

I can see someone has eaten into your hard earned shamba in the name of reclaiming the road. Thought the standard is 6 meters.

Yeah. Within a subdivided plot is 6 metres, hizo za nje 9 metres.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Are there regulations regarding which side of the road (i.e. L or R) that these services should pass coz recently watu wa faiba dug up "a friend's" flower bed.

The narrower the better because you dont lose too much. Unless it is a wideload lorry passing through a 6 m road is okay.... !!!! Ama?
